Where duplicate accounts are identified, gojocpot reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojocpot login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. gojocpot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify gojocpot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
gojocpot is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC verification is completed to gojocpot's satisfaction.
gojocpot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on gojocpot: (a) cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset; (b) credit cards for gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your verified name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from gojocpot.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gojocpot shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game software; (d) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
gojocpot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
gojocpot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gojocpot complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in all data processing activities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gojocpot may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and pending bonus amounts.
You may close your gojocpot account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
